Step One: Warming-up.
1. Greetings.
2. Revision. T: What"s this? Ss: It"s a/an… T: Is this a/an…? Ss: Yes, it is./No, it isn"t.
Step Two: Presentation.
1. Song (The students have learned the song about family in Grade Two.). Sing the song together.
2. Learn the new words. (教师戴上Jenny的头饰)T: Hi, I"m Jenny. Say“Hello”to Jenny. Ss: Hello, Jenny.
T: Do you know “who"s she?” ? Ss: Mother. T: Yes! She"s my mother. Now listen and repeat.
T: Who‟s she? T: She"s my mother.
T: OK! Read after the teacher. (边跟读边板书句型) Practice the drills using Ss photos. (课前要求学生带相片) Use the same way to teach other words. ( father grandfather grandmother sister brother friend)
Step Three: Practice.
1. Guessing game. ( Using some pictures.)
2. Song.
(1) Listen to the video.
(2) Read after the video.
(3) Sing and do actions.
(4) Sing in groups. Activity 1.
3. Target.
(1) Show a picture of Gogo"s mother. Ask: Who"s that? Let"s see.
(2) Watch the video for twice.
(3) Answer the questions: Who‘s that? That"s my mother./ That‟s my friend.
(4) Read in two big groups to read Target.
(5) Read with your partner.
(6) Act out Target.
4. Pair word with your photos.
5. Ask some groups to act out.
Step Four: Extension.
1. 播放VCD.
2. Ask some questions.
Step Five: Summary and Homework.
1. Brief summarize what we learned this lesson. If there"s time, read it.
2. Give the homework.
